We try to reply as quickly as possible to all applications that come in, but ideally, it should take us no more than 4 weeks to get back to you. We are very prompt with our response and whatever the decision is, we do our best to update you via email as quickly as possible.
If you have applied recently and haven't heard from us then it might be worth checking your creator account directly where our status will be updated for you so that if there is an issue, you can raise any concerns or queries directly.
