Editors at Pepper Content serve as a quality-check layer to ensure that the content we create and send out is per the quality expectations of our customers. Editors can be the best judges of a writer's work, carefully evaluating the writing style, technique, and quality of content. They can be particularly adept at recognizing the potential of a writer and can provide invaluable feedback, both good and bad.

In our workflow, along with phasing out any mistakes or inconsistencies in this process, it is crucial to appreciate the right creators and send more assignments their way. This helps to foster positive relationships and encourages the production of quality work.

We’re passing this baton to the editors. We’ve incorporated a mechanism by which editors can report creators who aren’t at par with the standard set by Pepper and appreciate the ones who are skilled in their craft.

Here is how it works:

Step 1

When you submit an assignment, you see this pop-up. Here, you get the chance to appreciate the craft or point out significant areas of improvement. You know the drill for when you find the quality of content subpar. To understand better, refer to this.

Step 2

Once you’re satisfied with the writer's work, it's important to let us know what specifically you liked about the assignment.

  1. Quality of Content: Well Researched and accurate content
  2. Quality of Writing: Free of most grammatical errors
  3. Brief Adherence: Adhered to the brief with appropriate tonality
  4. Initiative: Positive attitude and receptive to feedback
