Get a chance to work with international customers

We're excited to announce that Pepper has gone global, opening doors for you to work with international customers! Talent knows no bounds, and your work should be able to reach as many people as possible. With this advancement, we hope that you get a chance to work with a broader and more diverse clientele.

In this article, we’d like to highlight that you’d now be able to accept assignments and payments from international customers as well.

Step 1

After your payscale has been agreed upon, the next step would be to add all your profile and banking details.

Step 2

After landing on the banking details section, click "Add Payment Mode" to add your payment method.

Step 3

On the pop-up that appears, enter the name of your bank, account number, and IFSC code.

Step 4

Hit confirm details. If you would not like to work with international creators, all there is left to do is sign your contract with Pepper and wait for your first assignment.

Step 5

This step is only for those who’d like to work with international customers. Opt-In if you’d like to do so. You’ll not be able to opt-out later.

Step 6

You get redirected to verify payment details. Fill in the banking details. Bank accounts to receive payment from both international and Indian customers should be the same.

Step 7

You’ll be redirected to Pepper Content and would be required to sign two contracts. Once you do so, you’d become part of Pepper’s creator pool.

For the creators who’re already a part of Pepper and would like to work for international customers, these are the steps they need to follow:

Step 1

Go to your profile and hit “edit profile”.

Step 2

Go to the “banking details” tab.

Step 3

Press Opt-In, and you’ll be redirected to verify your payment details.

Step 4

Enter the required details, and you’ll be redirected to Pepper Content.

Step 5

Sign the contract with Pepper that lets you work with international customers, and you’ll be done.

Here are some points to note:

  • You will receive the payment for international assignments in your assigned pay (x Word count) in INR only. There could be minor differences due to certain legalities.
  • TDS will not be deducted for US projects.
  • Pay per word would remain the same for Indian and US projects.
