Query Resolution

During the course of association with Pepper, you would sometimes want to interact with us to clarify or get answers to some questions. For appropriate response to them, we bifurcate these queries at two levels:

  • Assignment Queries
  • Payment and General Queries

Assignment Queries

Whenever you receive an assignment and you're about one or few points in the brief, you can reach address your query through the following channels:

1. Ask a Query - leave a message in the Recent Activity

This the fastest means through which our creator success team will be able to resolve your doubt as it helps with understand the context as well along with your doubt.

2. Reply to WhatsApp Notification


- You can use the above two ways for deadline extensions and and communicate any submission delays

- Creator Support is active 10 am - 8 pm (Mon-Fri) IST. Expect delayed response in other time window.
