Payment Issues

We understand that it's very important for our users to get the money that they've rightfully earned from Pepper Content. If your payment fails, don't worry! In this article, we'll review all of the potential causes of payment failure, as well as their corresponding resolutions.

1. Bank Account Frozen/Dormant/Closed

The bank account you've provided is frozen. Kindly contact your bank or provide a valid bank account number.

2. Payout Rejected by Bank

The payout wasn’t accepted by the bank. In case the bank account got closed or the payout was rejected by your bank, check with the bank or contact Razorpay Support from the dashboard.

3. Invalid IFSC code

The IFSC code hasn’t been provided by you. Or, is invalid. Kindly enter the right IFSC code and try again.

4. No payment method was found

The bank details weren’t provided. Provide accurate bank details.

5. Incorrect name provided

The name provided is incorrect. The name should be within 3 to 120 characters. Make the necessary changes in the name and retry.
